Ariadna Renteria Torres
I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) and bicultural attorney, admitted to practice law in the United States in 1995. Throughout my career, I have focused exclusively on representing immigrants before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Immigration Court. My professional experience includes work with nonprofit immigration legal services organizations as well as private practice in California and New York. This work has involved close collaboration with the Mexican Consulate General in San Jose and in New York City. I have also served as a guest speaker on media outlets including Telemundo, Univision, and Radio Bilingüe, and have participated in Facebook Live events hosted by the Mexican Consulates in San Jose, California, and New York City.
In addition to my immigration practice, I advise non-citizens on matters where immigration status intersects with access to housing, social services, and Social Security benefits.
My practice is guided by the principles of integrity, accountability, and transparent communication. I am committed to providing clients with a clear and accurate understanding of their legal situation and to identifying all available avenues to help them achieve their objectives.
